MISDIRECTION, yes.

And it’s also…it’s unnecessary abstract and academic, but in a way that sounds very concrete and accessible. But it’s not, it’s not at all, and it’s alienating. It creates a division between the people who live in those bodies, and those who talk about bodies.

And that puts me on edge.

And again, this is coming from someone who has the worst body and really should be sympathetic towards this language. 

Except they’re not talking about me. I’m not including, even in that oh-so-inclusive language.
